Hello, there! I am Valeria.

I came to the UK in 2011 as an international student. When it was time to graduate, I realised that getting a job in the UK with a visa sponsorship is tough. It felt lonely, stressful and scary, and I didn’t know who to ask for help… I applied for 60+ jobs and faced rejections. Taking all my energy, I built my job-searching strategy, landing a graduate position at JP Morgan in London (with a visa!).

4 years ago, I founded Mind The Grad, a career and education consultancy. As a result, I helped many international students fulfil their potential and land top jobs with a skilled worker visa.

Today, I have grown a team of like-minded consultants dedicated to helping ambitious professionals land their dream careers in the UK!

I am also the creator of GradCircle, the first-ever online career platform for international students. No more feeling lonely, no more silly tips, no more settling for a job just because of the visa. Only honest information and genuine advice that will get you to the top!
