FAQs:
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you request a refund 24 hours before your booked call or earlier, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel or get a refund 23 hours before the consultation or later, or after the consultation has already taken place, we only refund consultation fees in exceptional circumstances. Do get in touch, and we can discuss the best way of action.
How do I pay for your services?
All 1-on-1 consultations are bookable directly through Mind The Grad website (mindthegrad.com). All payments are taken through PayPal for your security protection.
What questions can I ask during my personal consultation with you?
Anything career and education related! Though please make sure you send all your questions at least 12 hours before your call. If you are not sure whether you can get help with your questions, please send them to Valeria in advance of paying for a call and Valeria can tell you whether it is something that she covers. You can easily contact Valeria via [email protected].
Do you guarantee that I will get into the university of my choice or that I will get a job in the UK?
It would be irresponsible of Mind The Grad to promise such results. Though Valeria always gives her best effort with all her clients, your success would also depend on the effort you put into your job search and university application. A job success rate for our clients is very high and so far we didn’t have a client that was not satisfied with our services!
