How long will it take for my CV to be rewritten?
It is guaranteed that you will receive your updated CV within 3 working days of our call, usually sooner.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you request a refund 24 hours in advance of your first booked call, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. After the consultation has already taken place, we only refund consultation fees in exceptional circumstances. Do get in touch and we can discuss the best way of action. You can also stop the programme before the second instalment is due, no questions asked.
How do I pay for your services?
All 1-on-1 consultations are bookable directly through Mind The Grad website (mindthegrad.com). All payments are taken through Teachable Platform or PayPal for your security protection. The Consultation Programme is not directly bookable through this website as it is application only. What questions can I ask during my personal consultation with you?
Anything career-related! Please ensure you send all your questions at least 12 hours before your call. If you are unsure whether you can get help with your questions, please send them to Valeria before paying for a call, and Valeria can tell you whether it is something that she covers. What employment sectors do you cover in your consultations?
The main sectors are banking, finance, consulting, accounting, audit, HR, sales, project management, marketing, business development, real estate, operations, compliance, risk, actuary, technology, engineering, IT or similar.
We do not work with medical students that wish to work as doctors or anyone from a creative field. We also don’t cover professions such as journalism, interpreting, diplomacy or creative writing.
Do you guarantee that I will get a job in the UK?
It would be irresponsible of Mind The Grad to promise such results. Though Valeria always gives her best effort to all her clients, your success would also depend on the effort you put into your job search. The job success rate for our clients is very high, and so far, we didn’t have a client that was not satisfied with our services!
